A very high priced unit should be well-finished, offers excellent views and be located on a higher floor to justify the higher asking price.

Below is an overview of all current listings ranged from the lowest price per SF to the highest price per SF. We also indicated the:
- Floor of the unit (Higher floors sell for a higher price per SF)
- Whether it is a superior floor plan or not (corner residences, which are the 01 and 06 lines are seen as superior and sell for a higher price per SF)
